Some notes not updating after initial creation

I don't have any folder in the settings to be excluded.

Some of my notes get an initial updated property and time, but editing them doesn't update the time.

My Daily Note, however, does update as a change it.

The folder paths of my meeting notes and daily notes are different.

Here is an example. this is a meeting note - as the file is updated your plugin is not updating the modified time after the initial file creation.

This IS working for the Daily Note strangely.
