How do I run this python program?

I have my API credentials and the name of the YouTube channel. I am not sure how to begin running it.

Install Python, then open cmd (Windows) or shell (Linux) and start it via
python youtubeChannelVideosFinder.py -k {API_KEY} -c {CHANNELNAME} -o {OUTPUTFILE}
