I meant to update this a while ago...this same plugin exists as the following name on NPM (npmjs.com)

cordova plugin add com.peerio.cordova.plugin.carrier

Looks like someone (@seavan from PeerioTechnologies) forked and uploaded it to NPM. This is open source, but a little heads up would have been nice @seavan.

ah heck man, I didn't even notice that. Was so busy rebuilding my Mac app environment and updating older plugin linking I just glazed right over that. :-(
