Routing Algorithms Source

For the different routing algorithms implemented, what papers or standards are these based off of. I didn't see them reference in the comments or documentation. (I could have missed it.) I just want to make sure I understand what is being done by each of them.

So in most cases, the implementation is based on the original paper which introduced the algorithm - though I must admit that we don't always follow the packet specifications to the letter.

In particular, you can read these papers:

• algorithm_spray.go -> Spray and wait: an efficient routing scheme for intermittently connected mobile networks
• algorithm_prophet.go -> Probabilistic Routing in Intermittently Connected Networks
• algorithm_dtlsr.go -> DTLSR: delay tolerant routing for developing regions

While there's probably some publication out there which describes epidemic routing, but there's not a whole lot to explain.

As for the algorithm_sensornetwork.go - I believe this was a custom solution which we came up for one of our projects.
