Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

We can track the Video with Matomo, but it would be great to add Tracking to OTT. The URL and the Site ID would be in the env file.

Describe the solution you'd like

I would be open to PRs for something like this. Preferably, I'd like the solution to be completely free and open source though, so we'd probably want to go with something like Plausible instead.

edit: I just found that Matomo is also open source.

Matomo is free and open source - we are self hosting several instances of it today. We do pay on one server for the very powerful media analytics plug in. BTW PeerTube supports it also.
