Similar problem as #27

I ran into a similar bug as #27, while doing Biologic.MPRfile('path/to/mpr.mpr')

ValueError: Invalid magic for .mpr file: b'\r\n<Configurati'

from

which is probably due to the very old Biologic VMP

There is a small work around which is to open the .mpr with the latest version of EC-Lab or version supported by galvani, then save the data to another .mpr file

@ZeliangSu Could you send me a copy of the file which triggers this bug? Ideally together with the other file that has the same data but does not cause the bug.
