column 6 has wrong label

Column 6 should be Ecell/V, not Ewe/V.

E cell : WE versus CE potential
E we : WE potential versus REF

This difference is quite relevant in some cases where E_CE != E_REF .

We shouldn't, because id 6 is also used for Ewe. I think only the BT-Lab files use the Ecell name. At least in our lab we have it when we use BCS, and it that case it makes sense because the cables don't have a ref electrode
