using invalid data does not cause conform to halt for zod schema

Describe the bug and the expected behavior

when typing in "-+200" to a <input type="number" />

with a schema that looks like this:

limit: z.number().int().min(1).max(100).default(100)

conform parses this value as "" instead of not allowing it
