Enable properties for find function

Hi there,

I wanted to leverage collation but because query is passed as a parameter my properties on my own query does not take a effect

I endup forking a code and hardcoded my properties into your code

let docsQuery = this.find(query, null, { collation: { locale: 'en' } })

I can create PR for generic properties but i would love to hear your opinion, maybe I miss something.
