Nested spread without using spread

Currently, if we want to spread nested object, we have to wrap it:

spread({
  source: authorized,
  targets: {
    userInfo: spread({
      name: $name,
      surname: $surname
    }),
    posts: $posts
  }
})

It would be cool to make spread understand nesting without extra wrapping:

spread({
  source: authorized,
  targets: {
    userInfo: {
      name: $name,
      surname: $surname
    },
    posts: $posts
  }
})

This can be achieved by is.unit(obj[key]) check. If it's a unit - pass directly, if object - wrap it with a spread first
