Aligning with Elastic Agent on

Pausing this until we get more understanding from support on where customers are.

@mlunadia for profiling we would like to include Debian 12 and RHEL 9.
Is Agent going to do the same? Should APM server do it?

@inge4pres For profiling I think is @teknogeek0 's call.

I've learnt there isn't an aligned support policy for our stack so we will need to speak with support to understand what works best and revisit this.
