Clarify Snapshot and Restore docs for doing it through the UI

I'm unable to find this via search and we are sending a customer comms where we suggest customers can control their snapshot costs by reviewing SLM policy or deleting snapshots and I would like to include doc links that aren't API only

We indeed have this page: https://www.elastic.co/docs/deploy-manage/tools/snapshot-and-restore/create-snapshots.

And while it mentions Kibana actions in a few places, that's mostly about where to navigate to, and all of the content is practically API-only.
