Steps to reproduce

  1. Start a call with Element Call in a room you're in
  2. Send emoji reactions in that call

Outcome

What did you expect?

Room members using Element X should not receive any notifications as a result of the reactions.

What happened instead?

element-hq/element-call#2844
"Their EX buzzes with a blank notif every time they receive an emoji reaction in the call"
