Add feedback button

Add a feedback button that allows users to indicate whether a suggestion was good or bad. And perhaps optionally even provide more information. That feedback could help us to understand how good the model is but could also become training data.

It would probably be good for that feedback not to be anonymous so that we can get more feedback if required.
