Hover opacity happening when not specified

Did hover opacity change in the last few versions? I tried ui.opacity(1.0) but now that I am on egui 28 I am seeing my tooltips and on_hover boxes nearly transparent using nih_plug. I didn't see anything in the changelog except maybe the animation that could be trying to fade in?

Edit: I see in Area there's the option to fade_in: bool but I can't access that from trying to do Response.on_hover_text() so I'm not sure how that would work (if it is the fade_in stuff causing my issue anyways)

Figured it out.
As of the new egui update any internal window attempts to fade in, and with nih_plug I guess it stays stuck in the fading in part, so you have to do .fade_in(false) on the window in case you run into that in future!
