black screen when installing .0.9.3.exe

When I try to install 0.9.3.exe I get a black screen when I open it. When I copy the blank screen and paste it into a word document all of the fields are there. For example when I press paste after copying it this is what pastes..... **Your simple and secure EOSIO wallet

So I know it's all there It's just coming up as a black screen. Any suggestions?

same problem on MACOS with 1.0.5 and 1.0.4
