Home mouthwash- verification of collection date (Biospecimen)

The following QC checks need to be added to the home mouthwash Kits Receipt screen:

1. Collection date entered must follow standard date format YYYY-MM-DD
2. Collection date year entered must be between 2024- 2050
3. Collection date month entered must be between 1-12
4. Collection date day entered must be between 1-31
5. Collection date cannot be later than the Date Received

If the collection date entered violates any of the rules above, the following error message should pop up as a modal (not a red line) "Check collection date, invalid entry". This is a soft error and should not prevent the BPTL team member from receiving the sample in the system.

Consider for the March release, but if this has to slide to April then that's fine.
