We're asking SpawnFest 2023 players to join EEF to get a Slack invite (SpawnFest is not affiliated with EEF - though the EEF has historically sponsored the event -, but the org. decided this was the best place to group players for the BEAM-language world), and I'm getting a few players who can't find the invite link. I know there's an image for this at the bottom of the website

but maybe an accompanying text, below Contact Us could make the link "more visible" (?)

Also, I'd propose the text (at https://erlef.org/slack-invite/erlef) to be tweaked...

Title: Erlang Ecosystem Foundation Slack invite (not Erlef)
Description: To request a Slack invite to the Erlang Ecosystem Foundation workspace you need to be an EEF member. If you aren't one already, Join us! Otherwise, Log in and then revisit this page.

I think simpler is better, and by proposing membership before Log in we get a higher change of people reading the whole text (even if it's not a lot, I know).

I found this mentioned before, in this repo's issues, under #366. Closing.
