More details on how to properly use action: inside of a vocab rule

I'm looking to improve the integration of Vale in the CockroachDB Docs, and I came across how Vale has a VS Code extension. I want to begin implementing quick fixes into some of our existing rules, but I don't see any documentation about 1) how to implement quick fixes, but I figured it out by exploring the Microsoft package, and 2) what the different possible values for Action are and how they work. Is this something we can add to the docs at some point?
