Debugging: espflash monitor and espflash board-info say unable to connect unless the device is busy.

When I run espflash monitor or espflash board-info, I get...

Unable to connect, retrying with extra delay...
Unable to connect, retrying with default delay...
Unable to connect, retrying with extra delay...

...for any and all devices.

But, if go and run something like...

screen /dev/tty.SLAB_USBtoUART

...then run either. I get

Error: espflash::serial_error

  × Failed to open serial port /dev/
  │ tty.SLAB_USBtoUART
  ├─▶ Error while connecting to device
  ├─▶ IO error while using serial port:
  │   Device or resource busy
  ╰─▶ Device or resource busy

Hi! Which version of espflash are you using? It might be related to #394, you could probably check if #387 solves the issue for you.
