Objectifs :

identifier les indisponibilités des fournisseurs
lever des alertes auprès d'eux
proposer ce service d'alerte aux clients d'API Entreprise (dans un second temps imo)

Besoin de contacts auprès de nos différents fournisseurs à qui remonter les alertes.
