currently this field is automatic, but would be nice to have access to enum when writing the tests

class TransactionType(IntEnum):
    LEGACY = 0
    ACCESS_LIST = 1
    BASE_FEE = 2
    BLOB_TRANSACTION = 3
    SET_CODE = 4
