✨ feat(CI): CI for Gentest

This PR introduces an end-to-end CI workflow for gentest.

Hey @danceratopz I have added an environment for Gentest in tox. I have added a new config for ROOT_DIR, since the path was not resolving correctly inside tox.

For this to work, we need to populate env.yaml. The entire yaml file can be sourced from a github secret and consumed in a new workflow.

Also, Let me know what t8n tool is available in CI for consuming this test.
