[website] Make sidebar menu title link to first page in section

Currently clicking on titles in the LH sidebar menu has the same function as clicking on the +/- button. It would be better to have the titles opening the first page in each section, and the +/- buttons expanding the menu.

The section title and the page to open are as follows:

Developers: developers/index.md

Dapp-developers: dev-mode

Geth Developers: code-review-guidelines

EVM-tracing: index.md

Fundamentals: fundamentals/index/md

Getting Started: getting-started/index.md

Interacting-with-geth: `interacting-with-geth/rpc/index.md

Monitoring: monitoring/dashboards.md

Tools: tools/abigen.md

Clef: introduction

There are some other issues with the menu. When following a deep-link, the accordion does not open the section containing the current page.

Okay, this was a result of 866b30b72073f619d08a55d70a38ce550980e7bd in ethereum/geth-website#108 which simplified the docs structure for each item to either be a link to a page, or contain items to others, but not both.

As a result any of the section header links got pulled in as a nest "Introduction" link... @jmcook1186 Would you like me to get rid of those in lieu of having the section header also being a link?

Have assigned myself, will take a look at how to clean this up.

@jmcook1186 You mentioned having Tools default to Abigan, should we move these above the Clef section then? Or at least put that before puppeth? Feels kinda weird to default to the second to last item.

Hi @wackerow fair point - maybe it is better to default to Clef/introduction. Actually - yea that is better, Clef is likely to be the more commonly used tool.

In the old site, clicking the accordion header would take you to the index page defined for the section. This doesn't necessarily have to be the first page (though we could make it the first page by convention). We decided to have this model because it gives us control over what users will see first, without always having to create a special 'index' page.

Would you like me to get rid of those in lieu of having the section header also being a link?

IMHO it is confusing to make the accordion header be its own page. It should just be a link to one of the pages within the group.
