Multiple, isolated instances of Cmdr

What if, say, I wanted an admin console and a user console? The user console would be usable by everyone, and admins wouldn't see it cluttered up by admin commands. But the admin console would have only admin commands.

Is this possible?

I think this use case is already pretty much covered by #67. Having two instances of Cmdr running at once doesn't seem like a good idea to me.
