[Enhancement] Improve Warning Icon Placement and Color for Expense Form

Issue:

Warning icon should be in red. Additionally, as the warning message pertains to the amount and employee field, the icon should be placed next to the amount field for easier reference.

Expected Condition:

• The warning icon is changed to red.
• The warning icon is positioned next to the amount field.
• The icon's message clearly relates to both the amount and employee field for better user understanding.
