Seperate frontend and API into seperate repos.
Move generation of index.html to frontend instead of backend, run the backend solely as an API server.

Frontend

Make the frontend customizable per-install.

Backend

Add CREST-auth after making sure a per-application developer sign-up is what CCP is currently operating with.
Make the API easily require-able.
Add wormhole datastore from previously sourced information.
Clean up CCP SDE datastore.

Bin

Installation script.
Update/upgrade script.
Cleaner upsert of CCP SDE.
