Not sure how critical this is, I'm guessing most Linux users are happy to install via CLI. Likely not the highest priority?

Maybe some would prefer snap or some other packaging tool? I really have no idea because there are so many distributions with their own standards and expected UX.


Feedback needed:

  • How important is having these types of installers available to Linux users? (My guess is not very, since CLIs are the traditional/standard way of doing anything on Linux)
  • Are there other formats that would be considered important?
