Summary

Add support for passing build matrix arguments (python, exasol-versions) to workflow on call.

Details

Currently a default build matrix is used, which may not match with the project(s) requirements.
(e.g. private projects which only support a single python version)

Note

Consider having "checkpoint" workflows which can be referenced for for branch protection etc.
