sbom is a new docker API, see https://www.docker.com/blog/announcing-docker-sbom-a-step-towards-more-visibility-into-docker-images/ for details.

It would be interesting if dcp could optionally emit the sbom for a particular image, and save the file in the same location as the contents being copied.
