How to recover expanse tokens form testnet ?

By misatake I've created account on testnet network instead of Main network. I'he mained few tokens this methos, how can I transfer it to Main network account ?

If you have not yet recovered, do the following:
-you go to https://www.myetherwallet.com/
-you choose the send ether and tokens tab
-then from the right corner you choose network exp

• Keystore / JSON File
  -you choose the wallet key (testnet)
  -after loading, you add a password and wait for 30-60sec pages to respond
  -if you are doing everything as it should be on the right side you will see the account balance you chose
  -the last action you are doing is send money to the new EXP address (this time check it is a working address) and you are a happy person
