Unable to add properties

I can view the Properties but I cant add the Properties can anyone help me?

The database to run this application is missing and too system not connect to database.
When install system does not setup and does not configuring database

If you download estatezilla from the web site, it's configured to use sqlite. Still you can't add property unless you do some small changes to the db:

1. download sqlite binary
2. run sqlite database.sqlite
3. invoke the following SQL scripts:
