Add a tool that allows to listen for changes via SSE

This project implements SSE transport for MCP, and in the future will update to the Streamable HTTP transport as soon as the MCP Java SDK implements it: modelcontextprotocol/java-sdk#244

Both transports allow streaming responses (indefinitely?) and would allow to observe Bitwig parameter changes via an MCP stream. Find use cases for this and add a tool that supports it as proof-of-concept.
