There used to be a page called attrs in the docs, listing that module's API, which now redirects to Attr.

However, that new page has been empty for a few weeks – would be great to get it back!

Sorry for late reply.
Right now we have two separate page for attrs and Attr
attrsis the namespace in starlark andAttris the type. TheAttris empty there, it would be great to have a link to point toattrsinAttr`

Summary:
Right now there is no documents for `Attr` type, users will confuse what is it. Also add the link here allow users to jump to `attrs` namespace.
