Power Up does not show Shellos evolution #1070

Steps to reproduce:

browse to Shellos
open GoIV
click "Power Up"

Expected result:

able to see approximate CP when evolving to Gastrodon

Observed result:

"EVO" drop-down is disabled, no evolution option available
