Contributor Covenant has a new version of their code of conduct. We might want to update since there are some nice changes. In particular, there is a significant extension on the Enforcement section. Please read the document and see if you agree with it.

Do people agree with this update? (👍🏽 👎🏽)

This issue will be open for comment until the next Fatiando Community Call on 2020/11/12. If there are no objections, we’ll proceed with the update.

Inspired by GenericMappingTools/pygmt#673

We should open a copy of this issue on other repositories (Verde, Harmonica, Pooch mostly) to give people who only follow those repositories a chance to comment.
