In quickstart.ts

const apiConfig = new Configuration({
      accessToken: json["access_token"],
    });

should be

const apiConfig = new Configuration({
      accessToken: json["accessToken"],
    });

since the OAuth2AuthorizationCodeManager instantiated in the oauth.ts example uses camelCase and not snake_case
