[Feature Request] Auto Start Route on Duty Start

There has been a request for AD to have a headless run mode. Useful when you are multi-boxing full dungeon groups.
When the character has this config enabled, AD must:

• Detect and start the route when the duty starts
• Run the route as normal
• Exit the duty at the completion of the route
• Ignore All End of Duty Tasks (At least for the first revision)

ideally in multiboxing, you are running AD on all the clients and the main client will handle everything for all the clients, this is done through TinyIPC. Essentially it will que and relay to all to accept contentsfinderconfirm, then once the duty starts it will relay to the others to follow the main with followhelper, then once reach a boss it will let vbm take over, etc etc
