Fix button brightness inactive color customization option

update for current home assistant theme requirements

there is a missing theme element in the HA style sheet causing the style to be incorrect. To be able to maintain theme styles between this repo & the fan control row repo I'm updating this repo.

Updates button highlighting method

Removes the hardcoded limits on the button custom setpoints.

modifies how the buttons are highlight transitions from being hard coded to being set to the midpoints between lo-medium & medium-high.
