The FDC3 Compliance page https://fdc3.finos.org/docs/fdc3-compliance in the documentation does not yet contain details of the FDC3 Conformance Testing framework https://github.com/finos/FDC3-conformance-framework or program https://github.com/finos/FDC3-conformance-framework/blob/main/instructions.md and should be updated to do so.
