redistribute rs definitions of Registry return values

• we have services
• services accept values from DHT
• we have to map values manually in our rs files with marine structs
• would be could these are provided with DHT somehow
• example, put marine structs into separate package for reference
• so we can git ref it in toml
• it will be useful also when DHT will be secured and as patter to share service API on rust level
