Restrictions
Currently, you need to have your bower.json in the cwd of where you call vile ....

Can we add an option to configure this? I have an assets folder that contains my bower.json

Hey @avimar,

This is definitely something I'd like this plugin to support. However at this point (looking at Bower's list command) I think it's more easy to enable bower support in the vile-ncu plugin because it already supports bower & custom paths/dirs.

I created a feature issue in vile-ncu here.

I should be able to get to this soon, and will update when I do. Leaving this open (as a won't fix). :-)

PS: Does a symlink to assets/bower.json work for now?
