Make dredd tests strict

Currently, dredd tests only test root structure of the schema and not the array contents, which make them obsolete for any list API. For example, https://app.apiary.io/public/tests/run/b514cf23-133e-4dc5-831e-41b0977668b7

In user permission API, the API is returning no items and the test is still passing.

Thanks @iamareebjamal ! The changes to make the dread tests stricter would be made in the open-event-server/tests/hook_main.py, right?
Please point me in the right direction, I'd really like to sort this issue out.
