[Bug] Better Handling after organization name changed

## Bug Description
The scrum Preview report is already generated when organization name is changed.

### Steps to Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1. Go to  setting
2. Click on organization name input 
3. Scroll  back to home page
4. See error

### Expected Behavior
The report should generate after clicking the  generate report button .
