Goggles V2 Device not found in BULK mode

RNDIS mode runs just fine on my Goggles V2, but I'd like to use the BULK mode for faster bitrate.
Opening the device fails with error "unable to open device, or device not found".

I tried reinstalling the drivers but no success.

having the same issue here, everything works fine with RNDIS but I get an error when attempting to connect with BULK

you do notice you need the driver for that right?
