Add Luau typings

We should add Luau typings so that folks using Llama in Studio (and future external code editor users) can get type analysis.

I started work on that on this branch. Take a look to see if I'm doing it correctly. So far, I've completed typings for sets.

What to do with none? Is it only used for dictionaries?

Don't worry about that, I'm already working on Luau typings (and I'm mostly done). I haven't pushed to remote because I'm still a git and Github noob, and it's kinda smushed into a bunch of other features I'm adding.

Sorry, I'll try to push more often in the future!

(Though not in the near future because finals are coming up and I won't be able to work on this much until early next year)
