These are my first SVG icons ;)

Dependencies

grunt-svgstore: build the SVG definition file from a bunch of SVG files;
grunt-svgmin: optimize the produced SVG;
grunt-svginjector: creates a JavaScript file to include the SVG icons as well as a HTML demo.
