vloopback

Hi Kentaro,

glad you updated EffecTV for v4l2! 🍾
I'm missing the vloopback feature so we can chain effects. I updated some headers (videodev.h -> videodev2.h), but then, I'm expected to lead a palette.h file, and I don't know where it's from, and most of it, I don't know if it's still v4l2 compliant, and if it's easy to port.
Any pointers?

+1 to this.. chaining these effects would be great if the vloopback function worked still
