Switch to rxjs 5.x #11

The development of rxjs is completly focused on the 5.x branch that is complete rewrite of rxjs using typescrypt. It is also follows the ES7 observable spec.

The current state is in beta1 (the second beta) so I think we can prepare the code for switch to use the new version.
