What is needed to load fuvo together with other project setups?

dont reboot server!
define recommended server settings, inform if current server setup not OK
move buffer creation: brazil, hang, pool into ServerBoot, run once
move general Butz tools to top or helpers - or a general helpers quark ?
dont start director,
maybe do switch to fuvo Butz
